ABOUT MY TIME PHYSICIAN
GENERAL
Your doctor wants to provide the best care possible. The best way to do that is through the concierge model. This allows MTP to offer each of our limited MTP patients unique benefits including more physician time during visits, scheduling options to meet your lifestyle including same-day and next-day options, ongoing education, and counseling.
Concierge is a new way of delivering customized quality care. MTP's model offers numerous advantages over a traditional medical practice including flexible scheduling, no long waits in lobbies, dedicated personal time in each and every visit. MTP, like most concierge practices, limits the number of members that allow for optimized one-on-one quality care.
There are several options for concierge medical practices. MTP's model is a blended version of membership and your insurance.
Many of Dr. Wagshul’s patients have been with him for years, and over time, their health and wellness needs have become more complex. Dr. Wagshul wants to spend more time with these patients to be able to manage their health care by providing closer follow-up, coordination of specialty appointments, preventive care, education and counseling.
Dr. Wagshul has provided advanced training for our nurse practitioners who will be seeing LCOA patients. Rest assured that under his direction and oversight, the NPs will be providing the same therapies that Dr. Wagshul pioneered — therapies that have helped his patients breathe easy for so many years.

INSURANCE
Our exam goes much deeper than a basic annual exam. Our exams include tests, diagnostics, and screenings that go above and beyond the basic exam. We will take these results and develop proactive wellness and preventative program specifically for your needs in combination with personalized counseling.
Yes. You can use your Health Savings Accounts, your Flexible Savings Account, or your Health Reimbursement Account (excluding your annual membership fee). If requested, MTP can provide you with a detailed statement of services to help facilitate the reimbursement process.
Note: fees cannot be paid using an FSA credit or debit card.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
Yes, if the wellness services were not performed to date, you may be eligible to receive a prorated refund. If you have concluded to testing the refund is not available and any unpaid balance is not refundable and you are responsible for any unpaid balance. Dr. Wagshul and the providers at MTP have high patient satisfaction. We feel very confident and our track records bear out our ability to deliver quality personalized care.
