Your visit to My Time Physician starts with convenient parking and easy street-level entry. As you enter, you will see that we are committed to providing you with a healthcare experience in an environment that’s tailor-made to your care journey needs.
During your visit, you will be taken care of by our team of experienced, knowledgeable medical professionals, dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of care.

Our model allows you to spend more time with your physician during patient appointments, including same-day urgent appointments or next business day regular appointments, telehealth, direct email, and cell phone access to your care team.
Dr. Wagshul and the medical professionals at My Time Physician are knowledgeable and experienced in treating you and your family. Our staff is responsive and committed to treating you with warmth and compassion, thus fulfilling our promise of delivering an exceptional care experience.
Priority You
Our first priority is the patient, and we designed My Time Physician with YOU in mind. Each new patient will fill out a New Patient Form. Once we get you checked in, we invite you to relax in our comfortable, contemporary care facility.
WHAT TO BRING

Insurance ID Card and Photo ID

A list of all medications including dosages and directions (supplements, herbs, and OTC medications included)

Any diagnostic testing results (lab results, x-rays, etc.) done within the last year

Medical records from other treating physicians

If you are a new patient, or have not seen us in over a year, we invite you to download, print, and fill out our New Patient Form before you arrive.

If you are seeing us for pulmonary care or your scheduler informs you that you will be taking this test, please download the PFT form, fill out and bring to your appointment. Please review the forma also as there will be pre-test restrictions you will need to follow.

Membership includes same or next business day patient appointments, telehealth, direct email, and cell phone access to your care team. Our annual membership fee of $1,800 can be made with flexible payment options:

INSURANCE
We are committed to taking the stress out of medical insurance and billing for our patients and we will guide you through the process. We accept many insurance plans including the options listed below. Your annual membership fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually does not cover.
My Time Physician will continue to bill your insurance company. You will be responsible for needed co-pays and deductibles plus other medical services such as sick visits.
